At Om Day Spa, we pride ourselves in bringing our clients an environment where they can enjoy the highest levels of skin, nail and body care in order to nurture the mind, body and spirit. By pervading twenty-first century techniques with knowledge of ancient modalities, we are furthermore able to tailor such techniques to every individual need. Our goal is to make an impact on all the lives we touch by offering the utmost level of service by trained professionals, in the most relaxing of environments for our highly valued clients, and thus, abide by the following Spa Etiquette. Reservations:

To ensure that you attain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible in order to ensure availability. In order to accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking, to secure your reservation. This information is held as part of our cancellation policies, though guests may choose their method of payment upon checkout.

Group Bookings:

For group bookings, 50% deposit is required to secure your appointments at the time of booking. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.

Check in:

Om Spa kindly asks that our guests please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure that you receive your service promptly, as scheduled. Though we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Nevertheless, full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Beyond check in policies, we invite all guests receiving services to make full use of our relaxation area here at Om Day Spa. Come early, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea in an assortment of flavors, as well as fresh hors d’oeuvres available in our relaxation area. Couples and spa parties are more than welcome to bring their own wine and we will be happy to provide the glasses.

Please note: Spa guests age 12-15 need to be accompanied by a parent/adult guardian. No children under the age of 12.

Cell Phones:

Om Spa staff and guests kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent or vibrate upon arrival, and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voices, as services are taking place in close proximity.

Personal Belongings:

Though guests receiving services are provided lockers upon arrival, please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home, as Om Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:

Your spa services are reserved especially for you! We truly value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should the need to cancel or reschedule arise, please notify us at least 24 hours prior. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the half the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments with no prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize that the time of both our clients, as well as our staff is very valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you are absent from a scheduled appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment during that allotted time.

Prices and Services:

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Though we do our best to keep clients up to date on changes, we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking.

Gratuity:

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, though customary tipping ranges from 15% to 20% of the service total, this total is at the discretion of the client. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash. Unfortunately, Om Spa is unable to process tips on credit cards or gift certificates.

Spa Promotions:

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions, Yelp, or SpaFinder and SpaWish gift certificates.

Gift Certificate Policy:

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, or on our website. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash and must be physically present at check-out in order to be used, as they are no longer reserved on client files.
